might have to do with the legal age differences
when you’re 18 over here youre allowed everything..the only upper step on the ladder is 21 but this is only applying to crime charges as it’s the final limit to which youth crime charges can be applied i think.
other than in the us at least you can drink with 16 and drive cars ( buy porn, drink heavy liquor…) only from 18 on.
so there are no “society don’t”s from 18 on, 21 nearly plays no role at all.
i think most clubs handle it that way too.
but then its even a crime to stomp a consenting adult an axe into his/her shoulder…same trickyness as i mentioned before… its more a case-to-case thing.

Not sure about the laws in Germany, but as I said, BDSM itself is fine, however English law still doesn’t recognise consensual mutilation for sexual gratification as being distinct from hacking at someone with an axe.
As for the 18 thing, I think that’s more to do with a percieved “ok” ness involved as then they are technically an adult. Of the few fetish clubs I know, the age limit ranges from 21-25. Would help if you could say where you got the figure from, websites, magazines, tv.. etc, as AFAIK the law doesn’t actually specify an age, merely using the term “of legal age”, refering to the age of consent (currently 16)… of course, my knowledge is VERY limited on the subject and have only a glancing knowledge of the law surrounding BDSM and sexual practises.

VTK’s main message is “get a life” – go out and have friends, not just people you see once a month, you never talked more to than “how’s it goin” – there are enough people i know who use to only recognize you when they’re “on air”…once theyre running out of pills suddenly youre not their best friend anymore ( those guys have LOTS of best friends)

i cant say i miss them too much, they only bitch about the gravers cause they “dont fit in” while beeing not for too long part of the goth scene themselves. plus first they bitch, then they dance to VNV 🙄
they appear to be friendly but indeed there are sometimes greater sluts than the pvc sluts – who mostly only dress that way ( but beware, they are all goff girls – that increases the likelyness of their sluttyness from the start anyway).
going by dress i like the “sisters” goff girls too: leather jackets, tons of hair spray and the next day you dont remember if that headband on the floor is your’s or her’s – but then those have tons of punk friends. and me and punks dont mix.
medieval dresses all the way! i love corsets, lace, and the like. i hot chick just makes me melt when they dress that way.
i cant stand sluts dressed that way, in my opinion they have no pride in themselves, plus as has already been said, most of them dont even look good that way.
