It sounds like a little like a desparate people farming tactic, and is not in my oppinion they way that VTK would like to be promoted.

The problem is not finding people .. but finding quality members.
I think people would like custom sigs saying "associated with VTK" or something to that effect, to spam the massageboards of the net.
I think we need a pet model 😉

BRILLIANT idea - i'm already working on that by the way.

On the one hand i know which artist made the edica mascot, but for ease of use i considered taking a real life model - the only problem is deciding which one to take 😉

How is the EDICA partnership going? If well it would not hurt to have one of their staff members as a VTK member. They can then use the promotion forum for new products.

That would be another great idea, but we need to proceed as independent website, too, so we should not appear as their advertising outlet - ill propose it to them anyway if you dont mind

So far those sound like excelt ideas; thou i personaly suck in the idea of artful pandering thou the exclusive gallery sounds like a kick arse idea.
