Zitat von darkfae am 4 Oktober, 2004, 2226 UhrJust wanted to give a warm intro of myself.......how warm should i be?
I am in a vampire forum so i think i should be cold, hrmmm......i love to be cold
and i have low blood pressure..... 😆
anyway i love to read a lot but i need to get back into it, been far too long.
so i need to seriously catch up on some good vampire and horror literature.
anyone have any opinions for me on what i could start on?

Zitat von maestro am 5 Oktober, 2004, 0240 UhrHi there!
thanks for the intro and welcome to the site.
Literature.. hmm, my personal tastes are more towards sci-fi than horror I'm afraid. However, the good lady Vorsuc, a fan of vampire chronicals and king, has recently read and enjoyed Kelley Armstrong's horror books (about werewolves I think), Bitten and Stolen. Her witchcraft books, Dime store magic and Industrial magic were also greatly enjoyed.
But that's about all I can offer, sorry.

Zitat von ashe am 22 Oktober, 2005, 1103 UhrWelcome, darling. ^_^
Hm, well for horror literature in general, H.P. Lovecraft is quite the read. He's abit like E.A. Poe, only easier to get through and it focuses on different themes. I highly recommend The Shadow Over Innsmouth and The Reanimator.

lovecraft seems to be the man concerning horror literature, though i can't be a help there, having my shelves pastered with Tom Clancy books and everything 😉
