ohh here is a reply since we seem to have pleanty of people posting poetry now to run a poetry contest. have people submitt their names those who want to compete. give them time to come up with and post and orginal work and then have the people who visit the site vote leave the voting for like i dont know 2 weeks and then the winner is annouced... as for prize.. bah bragging rights what are we... professionals.. lol

If edica.nl finally pay for the 4 months they owe us we can also buy a real prize, even if i don't know what to get - purple devil duckies don't really cut it

What topic should the poems be about, or should we limit that at all?

I would suggest any topic. as if we have anyone to really worry about offending....

thou I would suggest something along the lines of a line limit to avoid what might be considered uber long epics....

Navre, you have the most experience with poetry and sorts .. you can come up with some guidelines and "rules".
