Everything is in chaos but chaos in itself is an order, just as with order when you shove something the rest is shoved aside aswell, creating a new order or in this case, a new chaos which will have it’s own effects on the world.
If I remember correctly it also means that even if you know all the variables there are to know in the universe and you could theoreticl predict he future that would be negated as well because of you knowing all the variables and the future you automaticly act on that and change what you think you know to be the future into something else…
