became the Hunter
There it began;
a sadistic
painful
sweet
Battle of the Wills
The one with the most skill
and least conscience
left the Hunter
broken
bloodied
wanting more…
The Hunted
walked away Victorious
with a sharp trophy
a cold reminder
of the loss of innocence

(written ages ago when I obtained my very first katana :twisted:)

That’s really good. You have an excellent way with words and paint some incredible pictures. I don’t know much about poetry but i know what i like and i like that. Keep up the good work.
