there aren't many new vamp sites you wouldn't know of - all the old ones gained more and more people und didn't leave a target group for new ones
a decent new site is vampire-almanac.com but its mainly focusing on selling books and silver pendants

I do not have the Urls on hand, but 2 good people I have come to know is Vampress and Vampirelord. They each have sites in Germany.

There's a few new ones this time around. The problem is with wading through the lot of the older ones. Although, the werewolfy ones are most interesting.
