I'm sorry to be a complete moron, but what do you mean by "a main gallery" as opposed to the member galleries...? Is there a gallery as part of the art forum? I am totally embarassed to even ask about this, but I would be more embarassed posting pix of my funny looking self in a members area that is only for those members who are graced with the beauty due to gothic models, if you know what I mean.... That would be positively humilating: "Dear Gods what is she doing posting here?!" 😛

If there is an art forum gallery where I can establish a folder, I think maybe my photos would be better off there, but I do not know of what you refer to.... I'm sorry. I'll figure all of this out one day, I promise. 😉

The user albums or "member galleries" are those parts of the gallery where users can upload their stuff, then there are the main galleries on the front page of the gallery section who feature various models and official VTK shots (did i mention we need photographers and models?) and then there is the member picpost to have pics of all willing members at one place,

It sounds a bit hard but it's pretty easy to understand - You can upload pictures to your private album and to the picpost
every album you cant upload to is official and their content is pretty much picked to the liking of the administration, as unfair as that can get 8)

oh, i use the terms "galleries" and "albums" on complete random basis so pick one 😉

I understand this... I meant no offense in my generalization. I was merely regressing back to my days with Black Rose, whom I modeled for (nearly 7 years ago next March!)... It was sort of an us (alts/vamps/goths/fetishists) vs. them (models for "normal" society). You are correct; gothic models are generally very lithe...we did anything necessary to remain that way, and old habits are hard to break. I suppose that when I was doing it I was the exception to the rule, because although I was a size 3 (5 at the largest) I was busty... however BR made it work, due to the fact that corsetry was (and is) my specialty with photo shoots. I am also rather short compared to the average model. LOL Trust me, tall platform boots were my friend! 😆

All of that was long ago, though... my days as a model of any sort have long since passed (you've all seen what I look like now, LOL) and though I no longer have what it takes, that is okay. My life is way too hectic already without adding the scheduling of photo shoots and gallery openings and whatnot. I may miss the attention but I don't miss the chaos! 8)

Actually that is quite alright, seeing as your gf is one of the aforementioned models. 😉 I wouldn't expect you to let anyone post who cannot compare at least a wee bit... it would be insulting. Porncat is very pretty, btw... which you already know... *grin*

Getting back to the original topic though, is there another way I can delete pics? Just choosing to delete them is not working.

Nice pics, Lady DeMornay, thanks for posting them. Certainly nice to see someone with a look different to the goggles and falls cookie-cutter style and can see why you modelled, nice eyes.

the picture delete option is like a broken lamp in the floor picking button of a remote parking lot of mall, too few notice to care 😉

Even VTK needs some edges and dirty corners, adds to the character

It is the one with the shawl, in my personal album, Art of Imperfection... Please delete it as soon as you are able... I do not want people seeing this post and deciding to go look and see what I am referring to... It was brought to my attention that this is definately not one of my best side and the sooner it is gone, the better... 😎

Normally I would not care what anyone thinks, however this particular one was commented upon by a very good (and long time) friend of mine, who saw it on another site and emailed me... I have always welcomed and appreciated his uninhibited honesty in the years I have known him, and of all the photos of me he saw, this one in particular he offered.... shall we say constructive criticism and I am now poistively mortified that I posted it. LOL

Thank you again, you have no idea how much I appreciate it. I have tried to delete it myself 5 or 6 times and it's still there... taunting me.... 😉 I appreciate your help.

Ummmm.... hmm. I really don't know what to say, V, except thank you... I don't know what bug has chewed through your vision center, but I don't mind... *embarassed laugh* Thank you. 8) Actually, this "friend" of mine has not seen me for nearly 3 years, and in that time three major things have changed:

I. I have started eating

In the time that he and I had our torrid love affair, he was always brutally honest and I loved him for it... he has pointed out that I am no longer a size 5, and that I look older. *sigh* It happens to the best of us, I suppose. Although he told me I looked better when I was actually days away from hospitalization (sp?) for malnourishment, I have this bizarre inclination to not go there again. Awful, I know. What is the matter with me? 🙄

As for the other pics... I would never in a million years tell you that my pics are posted on Incubus' site under the same username (Lady_DeMornay) as I use here, and I certainly wouldn't tell you that now that I have found an actual real photographer (which I am soooo excited about!!) that I will be posting a bunch more pics within the next month or so.... 😈 However keep trawling, because I never said a word.... *grin*

Please don't post anything mean there tho... LOL You know, were I to be there... *wicked laugh*
