need good download site

there is a weekly radio show called The Attic which goes to great lengths to find cool newcomer bands and is moderated by the king of funk, DJ Vorsuc (who also happens to be a VTK admin ;) )

other than that nothing comes into my mind right now concerning legal downloads..if you know what i mean ;)

Well the best is undoubtedly MySpace. Go to the music section and search for bands in the Goth Genre.
Next up is SoundClick.com and download.com has a few goth artists (goth is under "alternative").
Mperia isn't free, but since you can add credit through paypal and tracks cost between $0.25 and $1.00 I thought I'd include it as it is a decent enough resource and fairly cheap.
Failing that, do go through the band links on The Attic's site, a lot of the bands offer up some of their tracks for download.
