Acutally, my family IS German and came to the USA in 1900's

By my generation, no more German was spoken.

I only speak enough German....to get into a trouble 😆

But, I have made many friends in Germany through the gothic and vampire sites.

well... alta-vista isnt bad... but it has great lacks of grammar and so your translated german would look like somekind of coded text...^^ i think its quite ok if you write your postings on english... maybe maestro and i try to translate them into correct german.... i'll ask him later that day... =)

I took 3 years of Spanish............and what was in the books and on the films:

"Donde esta Iman? Iman? Iman? Aqievienea Iman!"

...was NOTHING like it sounded when you speak it for real "chinga tu Madre'!"

(sorry...that was a naughty word..hehehehe)

The most use I got out of it was when I was a Policeman for 7 years
and kept having to ask Mexican immigrants:

*where is the gun
*where is the knife
*stop or I'll blow your balls off

...and nice stuff like that 😉
