I’ve just joined the board.
Forgive me, as I speak no German, but if you speak English,
I’ll hopefully look forward to meeting you in the other sections 🙂

Thank you all 🙂
Acutally, my family IS German and came to the USA in 1900’s
By my generation, no more German was spoken.
I only speak enough German….to get into a trouble 😆
But, I have made many friends in Germany through the gothic and vampire sites.
Thank you all , again, for your welcomes to me 🙂
well… alta-vista isnt bad… but it has great lacks of grammar and so your translated german would look like somekind of coded text…^^ i think its quite ok if you write your postings on english… maybe maestro and i try to translate them into correct german…. i’ll ask him later that day… =)
I know what you mean!
I took 3 years of Spanish…………and what was in the books and on the films:
“Donde esta Iman? Iman? Iman? Aqievienea Iman!”
…was NOTHING like it sounded when you speak it for real “chinga tu Madre’!”
(sorry…that was a naughty word..hehehehe)
The most use I got out of it was when I was a Policeman for 7 years
and kept having to ask Mexican immigrants:
*where is the gun
*where is the knife
*stop or I’ll blow your balls off
…and nice stuff like that 😉
Now…this may be of interest.
Do they sell RED BULL drink in Germany?
My son is a semi-pro Go-Kart racer already at the age of 15…and Red Bull is holding races here in the USA to find a number of Go-Karts that they will sponsor…and will even take them to Germany and Italy to race internationally.
My son has passed the races for my state, now, we will fly to San Fransisco, California in a month for the next contest.
If he passes that, we will go on to Miami, Florida and, if he passes that…..he will become a official Red Bull driver and when he turns 17………..
They will train him to race Formula F-1
they sell it and the German F-1 team “Sauber” was actually sponsored by red bull, not sure about if they are still but i guess so.
good luck to your son – i loved carting back then but i was too old to start a pro career – but then i even more love my own car today 😀
